Mindful Body Yoga is based in Andover, MA. Founded by Holly Harmon, LICSW in the Summer of 2017, Mindful Body Yoga places an emphasis on breath work and meditation, and provides thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
Mindful Body Therapy & Wellness continues to provide yoga classes virtually with pre-recorded flows, but we hope to be back providing in-person classes in the future! We miss you all!
