Clinician

Hello, my name is Leah Bailey and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. The therapy I provide is an eclectic, strengths-based approach offered in a calm and supportive safe-space. I have many years of experience working with clients from all walks of life. I received my Bachelor of Science: Psychology Major degree from Suffolk University in 2014, followed by my Master of Clinical Social Work degree from Boston University in 2017.

During our collaborative work together, I will assist you in the establishment of your goals and we will create a path to address and meet these goals at whichever pace is most comfortable for you. As the expert on your own life and experiences, our work together will always be approached without judgment and handled with respect and understanding.

Therapy is a fantastic tool to work through the many challenges we are faced throughout our lives and can serve as an opportunity to develop a higher sense of self. Whether you are looking to dive deep into past trauma, or need to decompress from the day-to-day grind, our work together will always be a place where you come first.

Life transitions, both expected and unexpected, can be challenging due to the emotions that they can evoke. College, marriage, parenthood, job change or loss, divorce, and death are all aspects of life that I can help you to process and form proactive next steps.

Reaching out for your initial consultation is the first step toward reaching your goals and living the life that you have desired. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy, depending on your comfortability. I am greatly looking forward to working with you!
