8-Week Yoga and Meditation Online Self-Guided Program

What is It? MBTW has compiled yoga and mediation videos to guide you through 8 weeks worth of yoga and mediation practice. We have outlined goals for each week to help increase relaxation and mindfulness.

Why should I practice yoga and meditation?

Yoga and meditation have been shown to increase body awareness and mental clarity, decrease stress, anxiety, and depression, improve memory and executive functioning, boost mood, and provide a sense of relaxation and connection to the self.

Mindful Body Yoga is based in Andover, MA. Founded by Holly Harmon, LICSW in the Summer of 2017, Mindful Body Yoga places an emphasis on breath work and meditation, and provides thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
