Jade Hernandez, MS
clinician
I have always been passionate about helping others, that’s why I started my journey that led me here! I graduated from Ave Maria University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I then went on to earn my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University. I have worked with individuals in private sessions as well as facilitated group therapy sessions. Some areas I’ve covered include trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, skill building, interpersonal relationships, and many others. I have experience working with clients of varying ages and a variety of personality, mood and anxiety disorders. I also have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages. If you’re working on overcoming depression, anxiety, disordered eating, unhealthy coping behaviors, or any other area hindering your ability to live your fullest life I would love to work with you. My goal is for you to flourish through our work together and I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I want to help you uncover the root cause of your symptoms so we can effectively work through them together. I incorporate a variety of modalities into my therapy including introspection, skill building, psychoeducation and CBT due to its broad range of effectiveness. I take an eclectic approach tailoring our work together to what suits you best as a unique individual.
My goal is to empower you by giving you all the tools you need to take into your future to live your happiest and most fulfilling life!
