    We currently accept:

    UNITED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

    POINT32 HEALTH – HARVARD PILGRIM ONLY 

    Unfortunately, we are not accepting MEDICARE or MEDICAID plans at this time. 

    Payment

    We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

    Self Pay

    For clients who are self pay, please note that we will send you a receipt after our session which will provide necessary ICD –9 codes for reimbursement from your insurance company. It is important to note that not all insurance companies will provide reimbursement for out of network providers so we strongly encourage you to discuss this with your insurance provider before our initial session.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
